For future reference, when building Geany-Plugins, if you pass 
`--enable-<someplugin>` to the `configure` script, it will cause it to 
fail and tell you exactly what you're missing, rather than just 
proceeding without building that plugin. It's handy for troubleshooting 
stuff like this.
