The current line is already highlighted, but the standard colour
scheme makes it fairly subtle, you could try another colour
scheme/theme or modify the default yourself, `Tools->Configuration
Files->filetypes.common` the line
`current_line=0x000000;0xf0f0f0;true;` in the `[named_styles]`
section.
