Nope, it just changed its IP address and geany.nightlybuilds.org wasn't
updated until now. Sorry for that.
Though it might take up to 24 hours until the changes take effect.
Alternatively, you can use nightly.geany.org which is the same (just an
alias) is already up to date.

Yes, it slowly comes back and will be on service again in a few hours.
