I have disabled all plugins! not better :(
I downgraded to Geany 1.27 GTK 2.24.30, GLib 2.48.0 and it's ok i can
horizontal scroll with mouse

I come back to Geany 1.33 GTK 3.18.9, GLib 2.48.2 and it doesn't work
