Hi,

Yes, it seems like the tarballs on 
http://plugins.geany.org/downloads.html has a configure script only in 
the root folder.
run ./configure --prefix=/geany/install/path
Then go to the geanylau folder and make and make install.

The rest depends on whether you have the fink dev tools installed.
