[Geany] two issues with 1.22

That's weird, it seems to work ok with GNOME...  Though, since the UI
code changed a lot it's possible.  Matthew or I will check.

This is an issue (or not?) with a plugin, not Geany core.  IIRC the
plugin is GeanyNumberedBookmark.
