It's easy to change the foreground/background color of the line margin.
See the `filetypes.common` file. In that file it's called
`margin_linenumber=FGCOLOR;BGCOLOR` or in a colour scheme file it's
called `margin_line_number=FGCOLOR;BGCOLOR`.
