You can add those keywords in filetypes.pascal in the keywords section
by appending to the list of keywords "primary",

Details about where to find this file (usually in
~/.config/geany/filedefs) can be found in the manual.
If you have further questions, just ask.

And if you have a list of missing core language keywords, just let us
know so we can add them to the default list.
