[Geany] Problem (?) with focus in Geany

Yeah, I've had that before, it the way you're running it I think.

Try something like:

   $ PREFIX=~/geany
   $ mkdir -p $PREFIX/src
   $ cd $PREFIX/src
   $ git clone http://git.geany.org/git/geany
   $ cd $PREFIX/src/geany
   $ NOCONFIGURE=1 ./autogen.sh
   $ ./configure --prefix=$PREFIX
   $ make
   $ make install
   $ $PREFIX/bin/geany -v
