I don't consider this such a serious danger. Rather I think most people
just don't care whether it's DokuWiki or MediaWiki or whatever.
Moreover I think they feel rather familiar with the MediaWiki-like
theme and so quickly realise 'ah, it's a wiki, I can find useful
informaton and add new if I like'. Ok, this is probably easy to notify
by the domain name, too :).

To sum it up, it's a theme and the underlying wiki software is probably
not of much interest except for the markup syntax and the syntax is
linked on each edit page to easily look it up.
