[Geany] relative paths in project files: is there an option?

That sounds good to me as well!

BTW, my use case of project file is to store them in my "workspace", 
i.e. my folder where I clone/checkout all programs into. So the project 
file isn't in the project directory, but one level up (the project file 
and the project directory are in the same folder).
