[Geany] Minor question about Geany GTK theme tweaking on Windows

I read the description of PRELIGHT to mean the colow when a widget is hovered over... maybe I was wrong? At any rate, I tried this without success, but I could be missing it syntactically.

I've since discovered two things:

1. The selected text is indeed the right color if the (default and IMO, ugly) Vista theme is used at the system level
2. It does indeed behave the same in at least one other GTK app (Gimp). I thought Geany was the only one, but was mistaken.
