[Geany] Syntax Highlighting for IDLs?

Unfortunately you need more than a file, Geany does not include
include the IDL lexer code for the Scintilla editing component that
Geany uses.  This is available on the Scintilla/Scite site but you
would need to compile it in to Geany.  See the documentation on how.
