[Geany] [plugins][geanygendoc] missing doc in ubuntu package

That's probably a bug of the Ubutnu package, could you link to the
package you use (homepage, launchpad project, ppa, ...)?
BTW the Maverick package [1] seems to also have this problem, gotta
check this.

Anyway, I've uploaded the latest version of the manual, you can get it
at http://ban.free-h.net/geanygendoc/manual.html
