[Geany] Grep won't exclude svn directories

This is my extra options line:
--exclude-dir=.svn --exclude-dir=.git --exclude-dir=build-* 
--exclude-dir=sim-* --exclude-dir=boot-*

It works well for me, no search hits in the .svn folders.
