[Geany] how to activate block selection mode

Probably best to refer to it as both, eg

...rectangular selection (also known as block selection in other editors)...

I'll put it on the todo list for some work I'm doing on the manual.

But sometimes such methods are needed  ;-) but then Geany's indenting
makes it pretty easy to get right.
