[Geany] Column mode

It would require some new code in the scintilla area I would guess, but 
for a "quick"? workaround, pad all the lines with spaces out to the 
longest line you want to include, then grab it all with a rectangle.

I put the 'quick' in quotes because obviously, it could be cumbersome.
