Yes. This will only work if you have tac installed. I'm not 100% sure
whether its really worthy to build a plugin for, but maybe it can be
part of another plugin. anyway. Just leave a entry for it on 
http://www.geany.org/Support/PluginWishlist which is our plugin idea bucket.
