[Geany] nightly builds tags in html files not working?

it seems you still have a GTK 2.6 environment, which is pretty
much outdated. Since Geany 0.16 we depend on GTK 2.8 (which is also
already really old :D).

Yesterday, I updated the information on 
http://www.geany.org/Support/BuildingOnWin32. As mentioned on this
site, the easiest way is to download and use the GTK bundle which
contains almost everything necessary.
