I agree 100%  --  devel package or not, I would be much happier
if I could just say:

  -I$(PREFIX)/include/geany/



Instead of the current arrangement:

  -I$(GEANY_SRC)/src \
  -I$(GEANY_SRC)/plugins \
  -I$(GEANY_SRC)/tagmanager/include \
  -I$(GEANY_SRC)/scintilla/include
