I think this is a good idea for the Documents sidebar tab. (Although
personally I'd use 'Other Files' ;-)).

I'm not sure if it's worth doing this. The file browser can still be
used to switch to an open file as well as opening files. Maybe it could
have a 'Go to Project Base Path' command though.
