Er, yes. When reading this it actually makes much more sense to have it
as a tagmanager variable which is used by Geany, since tagmanager is
the library. I guess this happened because I didn't intend to implement
it in this way at first. It was just a try whether it works at all and
then I decided to commit the code because it seemed to actually
work ;-).
I'm going to change it.
