[Geany] scrolling down to the bottom

I'm worrying about this isn't possible.
In Scintilla, there is only the option to enable or disable the
"virtual last page" after the last real line of the document. So, when
it is enabled, you can scroll one page below the last real line and you
can center the last line in the view.
Or you can disable this feature and so, scrolling always ends at the
last line of the document. But then it is not possible to center one
of the last lines in the view.

So, at the moment you have to decide for having the last page or not.
You can enable/disable it with the new "scroll_stop_at_last_line"
preference(hidden pref).
