I'm pretty sure that it is not a goal of Geany to be like Emacs, so
I'm guessing that priority is not very high for making additions to
facilitate such a key bindings plug-in.

That said however, the todo list includes an item that says "plugin
keybindings"... Not sure exactly what that means though.
