[Geany] configure error on Fedora 8

Hi,
I'm trying to compile 0.12 under Fedora 8, but there is error :

In config.log I see:

Maybe this is NOT Geany's error, but I'm not coder, so I know nothing
about C/C++.

Any help to fix that ?
