[Geany] tuning Geany key combos

I don't like it. For the example you have to convert it twice if you
want to convert the string into upper case. I prefer the current
behaviour.

It is because we kept the default bindings from Scintilla/Scite where
Ctrl+U is for lower case and Ctrl+Shift+U is for upper case.
