Not exactly because Ctrl-] jumps to the next paragraph not the end of
the current one. But it doesn't matter. I'll implement it by going to
the beginning of the current paragraph and then going down until an
empty line(completely empty or a line with only whitespace) is found
and then spawn a selection between these two points.
