[Geany] New SVN binary for Windows

Hi list,

a recent Win32 build of the current SVN version (r1172) can be found at
http://files.uvena.de/geany/geany_svn_win32.zip.

The reason for this build is mainly an issue with pasting text on
Windows, which should work now as expected.
