The description is taken from the about dialog of Thunar... ;)

It might be an idea to include some help with the error message? 


"17:30:24: File Browser plugin: Could not execute the configured file
manager "nautilus" (No such file or directory)."

-instead of-

"17:30:24: Could not execute external command (Failed to execute child
process "nautilus" (No such file or directory))."


This way the users will search for where they can set this preference and
fix it themselves, without the need for reading documentation/faq/ml.
