[Geany] Suggestion: mini-projects-todo-lists

Hi Harold,

Not sure if you've seen it, but if you grab the source code for Geany,
there's a TODO list/file in it.

Also, many smaller todo items (that never make it to that file) are
simply requests from users here on this ML. I'm guessing anyone is
welcome to submit a patch to implement those requests, but more
likely, if someone submits a patch, it's often for a feature they
themselves have been itching for. :)
