[Geany] [PATCH] global tags file location

Hi

Documentation suggest that if I want to change global tag file. I need to 
place new one to /usr/share/geany.

This have the following problems:
1) It will get overwritten when upgrading Geany
2) Different users may require different tags

The following patch make geany first search for global tags files in user home 
directory. Can you apply it?
