[Geany] Autocompletion of local variables?

Perhaps in the future, but I don't think this is a priority (at least  
for me).

TagManager is based on CTags, which (I think) can parse local variables.
Anyone wanting to implement this could backport the relevant changes to  
TagManager from Anjuta 2.02 to parse symbols from a buffer in memory;  
this would probably be necessary because currently Geany only parses  
symbols when a file is opened or saved.
