[Geany] The Tag parsing.

What are you guys using for querying/parsing the tags in source files
? I saw a tagmanager dir but, is it the same codebase as in
tagmanager.sourceforge.net ?

I'm thinking in a few things I'd like to see in Geany, and working my
way with GTK to mock them up, but at first I'll have to understand how
you guys handle the tags creation/deletion/modification.

Are the whole tags content recreated whenever the file is saved ?
