[Geany] Upcoming new release - please test

Hi,

today we made the string freeze for the upcoming 0.10 release of Geany.
The translators have been informed to update their translations and at
the middle of next week, probably Wednesday or Thursday, we will
release Geany 0.10.
If the translation of your language is still missing and you want to
translate Geany (or parts of it), just contact Frank Lanitz[1].

We would be pleased if you could test the current SVN version to find
outstanding bugs. If you found anything, just post it here or use the
bug tracker at Sourceforge[2].
