[Geany] Default placement of new file tabs (was: Re: Feature Request: keybindings for changing between tabs)

I just tested some editors and it seems that the default is indeed to
place new tabs on the right:

Anjuta: left
Bluefish: right
Cssed: right
Gedit: right
Kate (with file tabs plugin): right
Scite: right

So, I think we should change the default to place new tabs on the right.

If anyone has another opninion, just tell us. Otherwise, it will be
changed in the next release. But note, we are only talking about the
default behaviour. If you don't like it on the right(like me), you can
still change it in the preferences dialog.
