Hi all,

- Update geany.nsi
- Update to rev744
- Patch to build packages with make:
  http://xvnkb.sourceforge.net/geany/makewin32-nsis.patch

  * Requirement: NSIS (http://nsis.sf.net) dir in PATH env
  * Usage: make -f makefile.win32 [setup|setup-gtk]
