A little contribution with a plugin to create vala/Gtk+ helloworld projects using meson build system

Hi folks,

This is my project <https://gitlab.com/aferust/valagtkgeany>to ease
developing vala/gtk+ projects with geany and meson build system. Tested on
both windows and Ubuntu. It also comes with a geany plugin. Hope someone
finds it useful.
