[Geany-i18n] Statistics is incorrect (100% translated but 3 strings untranslated)

Now it does.
You spotted one more bug: the code to parse the message catalog
statistics (msgfmt --statistics) didn't handle values where only one
message was translated, fuzzy or untranslated and so those values were
missing.
