[Geany-i18n] String freeze for Geany 1.34

I wanted to try the latest translation in the latest nightly version for 
Windows but it seems to fail: https://nightly.geany.org/

Seems like files are missing.
I get dialog with missing libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll and then if i put the file 
there it just says other file is missing.
The bin folder only contains two files.

Can someone fix it so i can test the translation?
