[Geany-i18n] String freeze for Geany-Plugins 1.32

  Hi Frank,
  strange indeed. I downloaded the file from https://i18n.geany.org/plugins/
as always.

  I just did the following command on it and got the expected result:
# msgfmt -c --statistics es.po
1737 translated messages.

  If needed I can re-send it.
