[Geany-i18n] String freeze for Geany-Plugins 1.28

Hi Frank,

I am coming back to this issue 1 year after your reply. I have not managed
to create the po files myself (./autogen.sh gives out the error " error:
possibly undefined macro: AC_DISABLE_STATIC" and many more, which I cannot
troubleshoot).

I am not experienced in compiling a program under gnu/linux.

If you could supply me with an English .po for the plugins under
http://i18n.geany.org/plugins/, I could start translating asap to Greek and
maybe even have it ready before the next release.
