[Geany-i18n] Portuguese-PT translation update

Hi,

I updated the Portuguese-PT translation
<https://www.dropbox.com/s/ncmk996474vhc6i/geany-pt_PT.po.zip?dl=0> to
the new orthographic agreement.
How can I use this file in my PC?

You are welcome to use it in future versions and, preferably, notify me
of updates, if nobody else is maintaining the translation.
