[Geany-i18n] String Freeze for Geany 1.23

Hello,

As there is almost nothing to refer to in your msg, I frankly deleted it. :)

Here is the complete list of all comments in the the latest sl.po. Added
sl.po.

If lines are in two categories, put them in the one most appropriate for
you and coworkers. I just collected all comments from my file and sorted
them out. Normally I do translate comments if this is assumed helpful.
If comments are bilingual, then english part t is supposed for
developers or documentation.

Here are new comments,, translation reamins unchanged. Minor effect, can
be ignorant of.
#lines: 245, 250, 255, 260
Ignorant of next ones, internal comments, used mainly for translation
clarification & rarely for other, like saving old translations.

I suggest that everyone does the same until Geany 1.25. It really cleans
up the translation & Ithink it would provide some additional help to the
developers too.
