[Geany-i18n] Massively Updated German Plugin Translation

You're welcome. Here's another update after your hint that "update-po"
works somehow and after I now found out that for "make update-po" I had
to adjust Makefile  to call "waf updatepo" instead of "waf
--update-po" (because "waf updatepo" hadn't worked before) and that
deleting the pot-file before gives you the desired translation
statistics (and maybe makes "waf updatepo" work as well). Maybe the
empty translation hints at the geany wiki could be updated accordingly,
and a reference to translation statistics for the geany-plugins similar
to that for geany itself might be linked there.

As a side note, there are only two fuzzy strings remaining for strings
where I don't know what they want to indicate exactly, the remainder is
translated and waiting for other people enhancing badly translated
strings. Maybe some German Xfce translators might want to review.
