[Geany-i18n] Update of Dutch translation.

Hello Frank,

I updated the Dutch translation of Geany. See attachment. 

It seems the SF feature request tracker is abandoned?

I asked for a tiny change to also recognize Arduino files as a C++
program: could you add the *.ino extension to the file
data/filetype_extensions.conf ? Line number 11 would then look like:

C++=*.cpp;*.cxx;*.c++;*.cc;*.h;*.hpp;*.hxx;*.h++;*.hh;*.C;*.H;*.ino;
