Hi everyone,

Attached is a galician translation for geany-plugins. It's not
completed, because of a bunch of reasons:

- I am a complete ignorant about TeX, LaTeX, bibTeX and all that sort of things
- I am not sure about some aspects of "version control systems",
specially about how some actions are named in galician (it's a shame,
but I know some "technical stuff" better in english than in my own
language, lol)
- I ran out of time before having enough time to investigate about
LaTeX and these version control details

Perhaps, in a next version, I will be able to provide a more complete
translation.

It's 6:41 AM. I am going to sleep, finally. It's been a week with very
few sleeping hours. Damm geany-plugins!! (hehe)
