Oops, funny that nobody of the other translators noticed/reported
this...

I guess these strings were in sync, then I changed one of them and
forgot about the other one. Now, they should be in sync again.

Well, this option changes the directory of the file browser plugin to
the project's base directory when a project is open or changed. This
happens only when a project is opened/changed. 
But I'm not sure how to improve this string.
