<p>The  <code>scroll_lines_around_cursor</code> setting is part of the Scintilla cursor policy.  Look at the Scintilla caret policy and see if it meets your needs, then somebody can submit a PR to add settings for more than that one.  Otherwise a PR would need to be submitted to Scintilla first to add to its policies.</p>
