<p><a class="user-mention" data-hovercard-type="user" data-hovercard-url="/users/elextr/hovercard" data-octo-click="hovercard-link-click" data-octo-dimensions="link_type:self" href="https://github.com/elextr">@elextr</a> I have experienced this super fast scrolling speed only with laptop's touch pad. If I use a mouse, everything is perfect. My laptop's touchpad is perfectly working with VS Code & Sublime Text. So Problem is inside Geany.</p>
