<p><a href="https://github.com/funnyflowerpot" class="user-mention">@funnyflowerpot</a> it is intended, as in thats how it was written.  It is designed to give an overview of the document structure, not its screen display layout.  The plugin is no longer being developed, indeed the developer does not even use it themselves any more.  So any improvements need someone to contribute them.</p>
